Shipping / delivery

The shipping costs and delivery time vary depending on the destination. They will be communicated only in the offer that you will receive after completing the ordering process by clicking "Checkout" on your shopping cart / in your basket.*

*During the ordering process you will be asked to enter the date on which the products will be needed. After finishing the ordering process by clicking the "Checkout" button, we will inform within a few days, if the delivery until the requested date will be possible. If so, you will also get an offer from us that contains the total costs including the shipping costs and the latest date of delivery.

Payment

We only provide payment on invoice, that you will get after confirming our offer. We will process your order as soon as we received your payment.
